That they might have more energy, reduce high blood pressure, lower cholesterol levels, reduce stress, lose weight the healthy way and keep it off.
WHAT IS NUTRITION?
By definition: It is the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth. What does that mean you ask? That means eating foods that will enable your cells to function in the way in which they should. Feeding your body, a well-balanced food group (particularly whole foods). Our bodies are designed to repair, restore, and regenerate upon receiving vital nutrients. One of the main things it requires from you is to fuel it properly! Not too bad huh, compared to all the hard work your body does for you.
Are natures medicines. It differs between culinary herbs and medicinal herbs; in medicinal or spiritual use, any parts of the plant might be considered as "herbs", including leaves, roots, flowers, seeds, root bark, inner bark (and cambium), resin and pericarp. The concept “let foods be your medicine is so true”. Herbs can be consumed in many ways. Most might be more familiar with cooking herbs such as rosemary, basil, oregano. One of the most common methods is steeping as herbal tea. Which is one of my favorite ways to have me-time, sipping a delicious cup of tea!

The key is moderation and balancing your lifestyle. Health not only mean a disease-free body, but it emphasizes mental health. Because most living environments are vast in social culture and individual condition, it is hard to keep track of all the dreams you may want to come true. That is why it is important to set goals to prioritize time and energy.
The first step is set clear goals in life. With a clear goal, you can effectively eliminate all kinds of negative emotions and keep vitality to challenge.
Second, keep a forgiving attitude towards others. Sometimes, you will get unexpected results by helping others selflessly.
Third, develop good living habits. Don’t underestimate its value to health. Good habits in all aspects of life can ensure the best function of the entire body system.
THINGS GOT PERSONAL WHEN MY HEALTH TOOK A TURN...
Even though I grew up with all of the wisdom I needed, I had forgotten about my roots. And then, my health took a turn. My doctor wanted to prescribe me medicine for a medical condition and I wasn't ready for that step. That's when I took my health into my own hands and remembered all the things I learned as a child. I begin to study what herbs and spices that would help me get better and before I knew it I was on a path to healing and more importantly, Bejidi was born.
I knew there were countless women needed help, just like me. I wanted to take what I learned to create a brand that infuses ancient wisdom with modern women to promote wellness and health.
